I work with clients to agree a clear and realistic brief that when delivered will make a real difference.
That brief could be from a specific knotty problem in an operational area to an organisation-wide strategic refresh. I love having variety in my work and enjoy the small-scale as much as the large.

If the specific consultancy contract involves working with a range of people and points of view I will work to reach consensus, and am committed to that as a way of working. If, however, that is not possible then I will be clear-headed, thorough, and confident in reaching the right way forward, communicating outcomes and recommendations in ways that persuade and inspire.
