My Story
From a role as a musician/administrator in a start up theatre company I had an excursion into banking before returning to the arts for the next thirty years (and counting!). Most recently I have been an Executive Director and Board Chair.
My core values are integrity, purpose, pragmatism and enjoyment. It’s important to me that these values align with those of the people and organisations with whom I work. I will take time making sure that is the case.
I approach my work with calmness, openness, warmth and compassion; people say that I “make everyone feel listened to and valued”. I aim to bring this to all my assignments and love working with mutual respect.
I have had a great time working with many organisations over the years, covering a range of activities within the cultural sector. There has been so much to enjoy learning.
